In fact, the company is going to provide status archive option on WhatsApp Business , with the help of which users will be able to archive their status for next 30 days. This feature is similar to Instagram Stories where users get the option to archive stories.

Wabetainfo, a website that monitors the development of WhatsApp , has also shared a screenshot of this update, which we are adding here. Currently, the Status Archive feature has been rolled out to some beta testers. Once it's rolled out to everyone, you'll get a pop-up about this update and you'll be able to archive your status. If you don't want to save the status for future, you can also turn off this option.

The new update will benefit the business that you will not need to search for your customer and post the same ad or photo over and over again. You can easily post it anytime from the archive folder.
