cyclonic storm in rajasthan: The sound of cyclonic storm has started in Rajasthan and a big change will be seen in the weather from June 15.  The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for heavy to very heavy rain in three divisions of Rajasthan on June 16 and 17, warning that up to 250 mm of rain may be recorded in Barmer and Jalore districts and surrounding areas.  On the other hand, the effect of the cyclonic storm will continue on June 18 and 19 as well.  The department believes that in some districts there will be a stormy storm, whose speed can be 70 kilometers per hour.

More impact on these three divisions

 Director of Meteorological Center Jaipur R.S.  According to Sharma, the impact of the cyclone will start from June 15, which can last till June 19.  The maximum effect will be visible from 16 to 18 June.  In this too, there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rains in the districts of Jodhpur and Udaipur divisions on June 16 and 17.  While an alert has been issued for very heavy rain in Barmer, Jalore and surrounding areas, due to which 250 mm of rain can also be recorded throughout the day.

Weather can change at night

 According to the Meteorological Department, an alert of rain and thunderstorm has been issued in half a dozen districts of Rajasthan on Tuesday night.  It is believed that the weather patterns can change at any time.  Yellow alert has been issued in Tonk, Sawaimadhopur, Bundi, Kota, Pali, Ajmer, Nagaur, Bhilwara for light rain with thunder and wind speed up to 40 kmph at any time.

Appeal of District Collectors

 In view of the possibility of very heavy rains in Jodhpur division of Rajasthan, Pali, Jalore and Sirohi District Collector has asked common people to stay indoors, not to stand under big trees, not to stand near raw walls during strong thunderstorms and thunderstorms.  Do not tie animals to trees, remove the contact of electrical appliances in the house, do not park two-wheelers and four-wheelers near and under electric poles, keep the gates of houses with tin sheds closed, places with large hoardings  Appealed to take other precautions including staying away from electric poles, wires and transformers etc.

Along with this, the collector has instructed all the sub-divisional officers, Tehsildar, Medical Department, Urban Body Department, PHED, PWD, JVVNL and Police Department etc. to be alert immediately from their own level during the thunderstorm accompanied by thunderstorms, so that any  possible loss of life can be avoided.
